October 23, 1966 Ray Goodman's Bo-Weevil and Billy Webb's beautiful "Blue Light" dragsters really put on a show for the few fans that showed up in the light rain Sunday morning. 130 cars pulled in hoping for dry skies and dry track. By noon the skies cleared somewhat and the sun even peeked through for a while. During the series of three runs Sonny Atkins from Memphis broke Col.
